Part 2 shows Lynn coaching her student through the entire workout - nonstop. Do it along with her for a great workout!

Length of ownership: 1 month-1 year

Pros: This is a great workout! Each of the exercises are first demostrated and explained how to do them properly with modifications. I felt good after doing this workout.

Pilates/Alternative

Pros: I loved this download! It was certainly more challenging than the Preliminary download, but I look forward to making this part of my regular routine.

Great Workout

Pros: This DVD is an exceptional workout for those wanting to learn or practice Pilates. Each exercise is explained clearly and demonstrated for proper alignment and technique. It is a great resource for your exercise library.

Beneficial for dance and health

Pros: Great for over all healt! Each exercise is performed with attention to proper breathing techniques and abdominal muscle control. It is important to strengthen our core and control our balance in order to execute dance movements to its fullest potential. Great video!

Pilates I

Length of ownership: 1 month-1 year

Pros: This DVD is good for stretching and strengthening the body. The exercises are more challenging than the preliminary pilates DVD yet all the positions have modifications for those with less experience. I would recommend this DVD to anyone who desires moe flexibility and core strength.
