Part 1 shows Lynn coaching one of her students through several of the exercises. These are slightly more advanced moves to give you a better foundation and marked improvement with proper technique. Part 2 shows Lynn coaching her student through the entire workout - nonstop. Do it along with her for a great workout!

Be sure to watch part 1 a couple of times before attempting part 2, so you’ll have a better understanding of how to execute the exercises properly.

What Fun Exercises!

Length of ownership: more than 1 year

Pros: Pastor Lynn’s clear explanations make these Pilates exercises look so easy! Although I have to do almost all of them with some some level of modifications, I really enjoy trying to do them! I feel like I am young at a school playground!!

Pros: Once you practiced the basics in Preliminary Pilates, then one will be ready for the more advanced version — Pilates I. Pilates help the body become more flexible and to develop your core.

Pilates 1 DVD

Length of ownership: 1 month-1 year

Pros: This video is excellent. You will get a great workout that will leave you feeling great. It will help you to strengthen your core as you do the exercises. This is for everyone.

Great Workout

Pros: This a great workout! It demonstrates all the exercises and shows modification before doing the 40 minute workout! I love the bonus surprise at the end. As always Pastor Lynn did a great job teaching this DVD.

Excellent Instruction!

Length of ownership: more than 1 year

Pros: There are both modifications and demonstration in section one. Section two is the actual 40-minute workout. This way you will have already learned any needed modifications if there are any, proper technique and how to do the exercises properly so that you are able to flow right through the workout without interruption.
