Pros: This video is a great example of how one can teach others to tap into their own divine inspirations. These tips can also help dancers connect to choreography as well as each other Full of creative and practical ideas!

Pros: I particularly found the activations engaging in the section where qualities/actions/spacial/relational were mixed and matched, much like a game, to practice shifting with ease from one concept to another. This was my favorite of the choreography and composition coursework so far.
