Pros: This video was an excellent one and definitely one you may want to add to your collection, especially if you are a dancer. Such a powerful tool in movement and warfare. There is so much to learn from this video as Pastor Lynn has different sections teaching warfare/movements of Breakthrough!! You won't be disappointed you purchased this video, definitely a video to have part of a worship dancer's artillery.

Pros: I love this DVD! First time I was at a DFH conference I was so out of shape and could hardly move from injuries and surgery. However, a year later at the Destiny conference I got so excited when we did the weapons class. I could keep up. I was encouraged that what I had done in year 1 of DFH Online School had made a difference. I love that Pastor Lynn talks about some Hebrew and Greek words and goes over movements for praise, using a sword, tearing down strongholds, and other movements. One could simply utilize just this DVD for so many purposes without even being in any DFH program or conference. Pros: I love that the warfare moves correlate to scripture verses. These moves can be used in intercession and deliverance and not just aerobics in your living room!

Pros: This is an excellent and very applicable resource for learning about and implementing spiritual warfare through dance. It has in-depth meanings behind some scriptures by looking at the associated Hebrew words of war and also lists some very key verses in which warfare movement can be done. I have used the last two punch-kick choreography sections repeatedly to do warfare and intercession in my home while getting a very good workout!
