Part 2 shows Lynn coaching her student through the entire workout - nonstop. Do it along with her for a great workout!

Pros: This product takes a dive into providing the proper technique for doing Pilates that keeps it best for your body, flexibility and strengthening. Knowing how to do the movements and how to build strength is key!

More Core Condiitoning!

Pros: For the advanced beginner or intermediate Pilates student this video contains more stretches, extensions and core conditioning exercises modelled by a student with excellent commentary and explanations by Ps. Lynn Hayden.

Ease of Instruction

Pros: The exercises are clearly explained and demonstrated with ease. I really learned a lot of different Pilates exercises and how I can do many modifications as a beginner.

Excellent Explanations!

Pros: This Pilates video is easy to understand and follow along as Pastor Lynn guides you with each stretch and each movement along with her assistant. There are great modifications and than ends up being a 40 minute video to do straight through with her instructions. I also enjoy her bonus materiel she puts at the end of her videos with a dance which is always beautiful!!

Instructive and clear directions

Pros: This DVD is for intermediate level or beginners with a good knowledge of Pilates. Clear instructions and tips for a successful workout. It is challenging but with practice, the exercises will become easier.
