Part 1 shows Lynn coaching one of her students through several of the exercises. These are slightly more advanced moves to give you a better foundation and marked improvement with proper technique. Demonstrating proper form and modifications of the exercises, she breaks it down, shows the do's and don'ts as well as proper breathing and body alignment. 

Part 2 shows Lynn coaching her student through the entire workout - nonstop. Do it along with her for a great workout!

Be sure to watch part 1 a couple of times before attempting part 2, so you’ll have a better understanding of how to execute the exercises properly.

Pilates I

Pros: This is a great workout! Each of the exercises are first demostrated and explained how to do them properly with modifications. I felt good after doing this workout.

Proper Alighnment

Length of ownership: more than 1 year

Pros: DFH provides 18 Pilates exercises on this video. You are given detailed instructions on how to properly perform each one with demonstration. If you choose to do your Pilates workout at home, this DVD is the next best thing to having an instruction there with you providing you with corrections.

Pros: I loved this DVD! It was certainly more challenging than the Preliminary DVD, but I look forward to making this part of my regular routine.

Great Workout

Pros: This DVD is an exceptional workout for those wanting to learn or practice Pilates. Each exercise is explained clearly and demonstrated for proper alignment and technique. It is a great resource for your exercise library.

BENEFICIAL for Dancers and Health

Pros: Great for over all healt! Each exercise is performed with attention to proper breathing techniques and abdominal muscle control. It is important to strengthen our core and control our balance in order to execute dance movements to its fullest potential.
