Basic Pilates DVD Review

Pros: This DVD was my introduction to Joseph Pilates philosophy of core training being important to ease of motion and balance for the entire body. Lynn shows basic exercises that promote this core training and toning and how to accomplish it with ease. These precision exercises only require few reps to experience the benefits.

Pros: Pilates is a low-impact exercise Its effective for toning up the body. Before starting I was having trouble lifting my left arm. After just two week I saw a big differents I was able to lift and flex my arm more.

Cons: How I wish I would have know more at Pilates.

Amazing!

Pros: Wow! I never knew there were so many components to one exercise! Lynn Hayden goes into full detail of a series of exercises to strengthen your core and other muscles in the body...some I didn't even know I had! A great beginnings workout!

Excellent Workout!!

Pros: This DVD serves as an excellent workout for your core. Expect to always get a full body experience when you do the DVD. Talk about engaging your abdomen!!! If you are looking for a workout to help build strength and stability to your core/abdomen then this it!!! I Love this!!

Pros: Excellent teaching. Easy to understand, easy to follow. Great tips with do's and don'ts. Included with many Pilates Exercises with wonderful benefits tor core strength, muscles strength, flexibility, balance improvement.
