Challenaging

Length of ownership: 1 week-1 month

Pros: I like the pace of each exercise as Pastor Lynn expresses how to inhale and exhale at each point in the particular Pilate and understanding how important it is to build those core muscle which helps a great deal in dance.

An Intriguing Video!

Pros: A great starter DVD. I like how Lynn gave precautions in the beginning of each exercise and how to perform each exercise correctly. Her slow approach made the exercises easy to follow.

A Must Have DVD!

Pros: This is an awesome video. What I have learned from this DVD has opened my eyes to a new world of exercising. Pilate is a body conditioning system that improves muscle tone, balances musculature, builds flexibility and muscle strength, as well as increases endurance in the legs, abdominal, arms, hips and back. This is a must have DVD!!

Pros: I haven't exercised for quite a while but doing these exercises has really helped me feel better. If you were to buy just one DVD, this should be the one. You definitely will feel stronger and more flexible. Start now!!

Love this DVD

Pros: I love this DVD, I am a beginner in Palate, and it gave me the desire to want to practice the exercises. Pastor Lynn made it easy as she demonstrated every technique including the benefits of the exercise. I also like that she emphasized the importance of proper breathing techniques with every exercise, something I forget to do at times while exercising. This is a DVD for strengthen your core and spine it is has modifications to accommodate any fitness level
