Pros: Here it is the DVD with a great workout to strengthen your core. There are many ab building excise and many more that will not only restructure your body in more ways the just one. Use this as a daily workout and you will see results every dancer wants strength.

Pros: This DVD was fun. It is challenging but definitely very informative with modifications and exercise break down at the beginning and instrumental if you desire strength in your core as well as more stretching techniques for your back as well as your other muscles. Supreme workout!

Pros: A challenging workout but Lynn makes it easy to get through it by coaching you every step of the way. She keeps you at a slow even pace but you reap wonderful benefits. You will feel it in your core after the first workout, also strengthening your lower back, abdominal muscles and you will probably slim your waist. The best Pilates workout I have done!!!

Pros: The Pilates 1 Alternative DVD is spectacular for those wanting more of a challenge, I even think its even more spectacular that you can take this class in your very own home without even having to go elsewhere. I have to say this video is so professionally put together, and as I was watching and participating, I felt as if I was actually in a real Pilates class. This by far one of the best Pilates videos I have ever seen!

Pros: The Pilates I video is not for the faint at heart! Pastor Lynn spends over thirty minutes in pre-workout instruction. She details the correct starting stance of each exercise and walks through each movement for total benefit! It’s as if you have a personal Pilates coach in your living room. The total workout is twenty-two minutes start to finish – perfect for a morning or after dinner workout!

Pros: I love these exercises so much and I practiced it once I got it. I felt my whole body was aligned and elongated. Pros: Wow! I love this workout for strengthening my core and giving myself an overall toned feeling. When Lynn and I were preparing to shoot this video, I could feel the results after even one workout! You will stand taller, and feel stronger both in your dance, and every day activities as your core muscles "kick in." I also love the fact that you can do this effective workout right in your living room! This is a must have for dancer and non dancer alike!!!

Pros: I have been using the Preliminary Pilates video for about a year now and am so excited for this new Pilates I video release. It is beautifully executed with wonderfully thoughtful instruction by Pastor Lynn Hayden and exquisite technique by her assistant. I love that I can now add to my Pilates workout some additional movements and increase my core strength even further. I also cherished learning the incredible choreography and being a part of that dance at the end of DVD. Well done DVD!!!
