Part 2 shows Lynn coaching her student through the entire workout - nonstop. Do it along with her for a great workout!

Be sure to watch part 1 a couple of times before attempting part 2, so you’ll have a better understanding of how to execute the exercises properly.

Well Done DVD!

Pros: I have been using the Preliminary Pilates video for about a year now and am so excited for this new Pilates I video release. It is beautifully executed with wonderfully thoughtful instruction by Pastor Lynn Hayden and exquisite technique by her assistant. I love that I can now add to my Pilates workout some additional movements and increase my core strength even further. I also cherished learning the incredible choreography and being a part of that dance at the end of DVD. Well done DVD!!!

Pilates I Alternative

Pros: Wow! I love this workout for strengthening my chore and giving myself an overall toned feeling. When Lynn and I were preparing to shoot this video, I could feel the results after even one workout! You will stand taller, and feel stronger both in your dance, and every day activities as your chore muscles "kick in." I also love the fact that you can do this effective workout right in your living room! This is a must have for dancer and non dancer alike!!!

Pilates I Alternative - DVD -DOWNLOAD - Intermediate - Brand New! - Special thru 5/31

Pros: I love these exercises so much and I practiced it once I got it. I felt my whole body was aligned and elongated. The exercises definitely strengthens my core muscle and stretches my spine and legs...All the exercises are so well explained with modifications and very well demonstrated. I love it love it!

Pros: If you desire stronger leaps, turns and balance in your dance routines, work out with this DVD!! This advance Pilates DVD will take you to the next level in building strong abdominal muscles, lean muscles and increased flexiblity!! It also focuses on narrowing the waist, tonining arms and legs, and creating strong healthy backs. Working out on a regular basis with this DVD will strengthen and streamline your entire body, yielding a whole new feeling of vitality. I love this DVD and highly recommend it to all you worship dancers that desire to see increase in stamina in your dance ministry!! Get it today!!

Pros: I have found this new DVD to be an exciting challenge. U really liked writing out the demonstrations in order to help me remember the sequence. I will use this DVD to improve my health.
