If I can do it, You can too!!!

Pros: after doing the pilates exercises, I felt stretched and relaxed. this is am excellent workout to develop a strong core. The movements were easy to follow because the explanations were very thorough. I would recommend this product to others because of the results I have achieved.

Pros: Wow what a great DVD. I have never done pilates before but I found it simple to follow along. Great exercises to strengthen.

If I can do it you can do it!

Pros: I never thought in a million years I would be doing Pilates! Pastor Lynn made it so easy to follow with the instuctions and modifications. I'm getting stronger every day! Thank Pastor Lynn for a great DVD!

Pros: This dvd by Lynn M. Hayden gives a solid foundation including proper techniques to strenghten the worship dancer. As someone who has never done Pilotes before, I greatly appreciate the demonstration of modifications. Excellent teaching!

Pros: Pilates Basic 1 I would like to emphasize the importance of watching the preliminary portion first. Even a couple of times. Pilates has its own terminology to describe exercises and body movement and Pastor Lynn is kind enough to take the time to explain them to us. Also, the breathing technique is counter-intuitive to what most of us have been taught over the years. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated her going over the inhale and exhale multiple times throughout both the preliminary DVD as well as the full workout portion of the DVD. I would gladly recommend this DVD to anyone.
