Pilates DVD- Download

Pros: I love this DVD. It has helped me strengthen my core and has also helped my balance. I have had back surgery and none of these exercises caused pain or strain on my back....love it!!!

Pros: Comment: Every worship dancer needs to purchase this DVD. Pilates works on flexibility, strength, endurance, and coordination in the legs, abdominals, arms and back. Great DVD! Easy to follow!

Pilates Alternative-dvd-download

Pros: Awesome! is the word for this DVD-I didn't know how weak I was in my core until viewing this DVD-I currently use it at least twice a week for excercise and strength. I found it very easy to follow as well as give you the do's and don'ts to avoid injury. Lynn was very detailed and thorough thru the entire video. Thanks Lynn

Pilates Video Review

Pros: This video is a must for the beginner in Pilates! My exact words - simply CHALLENGING - is that an oxy moron? Pastor Lynn knows just when to add extra imagery to bring perfect form! I am looking forward to mastering these exercises and strengthening my core - I believe this will make me a stronger dancer!

This Pilates is for everyone

Length of ownership: 1 month-1 year

Pros: I love that this video is a very simple basic Pilates course with great explanations and examples given by Pastor Lynn for form. I appreciate all the detail in the showing of each exercise as for posture, breathing, movement, etc. then by a student to do a workout. I am excited to feel the strength in my abdomen and low back returning and the pain diminishing.
