Pros: This Balance and Stretch DVD is doable for everyone at any age. I am 69 years of age and these exercises have increased my flexibility and I feel stronger. I am more confident when I walk, and I literally have to remind myself to be careful, you don’t want to fall. I mean, that’s how confident I have become. So grateful for Pastor Lynn continuous support and conscientiousness of the young and ageing person. What a heart of deep compassion she has.

Pros: I love that this stretch and balance routine is a quick routine, that works all areas of the body in different positions (standing, sitting and laying down). Also, it offers a good challenge for multi-levels of ability.

Pros: If you are feeling stiff and dealing with any ailments such as fibromyalgia, this may be a very help for you as it was for me and continue to do it daily between this video and Pilates. Pros: This is an excellent and fairly challenging workout covering a wide variety of balance and stretch exercises. It is good for people of all levels because Pastor Lynn gives variations of several of the exercises so that they can be done at different levels of difficulty. I especially enjoyed the relaxation exercise at the end.

Pros: In this DVD you learn how to strenghten your body through holding your balance and stretch at the same time- good for any dancer to have!!!

Pros: This workout surprisingly gets you warm and sweaty doing the strengthening activities even though the pace of the workout is easy and steady. The balance challenges were so fun and the relaxation section was such a blessing! Unless you are already a pro at pilates and yoga, I suggest using this workout as much as possible to progress your flexibility, balance and strengthening! This is so necessary for my personal growth in flexibility.

I’m grateful that Pastor Lynn stresses the importance of doing thing at each individual pace and to use caution not to over extend oneself.

When practiced on a regular basis the instruction on this video can improve your strength, flexibility and balance.

Pros: The DFH Balance and Stretch DVD reminded me as a mirror where I need the most work in the natural. If there is one DFH DVD I would most benefit from watching and doing daily, it is this one. In fact, I would love to have this on my mobile device to really be without excuse.

Pastor Lynn’s instruction techniques are clear, the music relaxing, and her voice is very soothing. Pros: Balance and Stretch is something we all need in our lives in every area in order to effectively walk in Christ and have peace so I fell in love right off the back because the first thought I had was, yes Lord I hear you! This video is a wonderful and much needed teaching done by Pastor Lynn Hayden. Pros: It is always essential and of an utmost importance to emphasize on stretching the major muscle groups and joints as well, even the simplest forms of training need to be preceded by a stretch and warm up routine.  Also, the material mentioned in the DVD is rich in terms of the combination between the upper body and lower body, in addition to the needed balance between both standing and floor work . Pros: The “Strength & Balance “ is one of my favorite exercise video. I especially liked the way Pastor Lynn explained each movement in a very calm and clearly spoken tone. Every movement is very well explained and demonstrated. The lesson also has tips for the person that may have some difficulties with the movement. While following alone and participating I did not felt rushed to finish a movements; each movement from the beginning to the end was claim, clear and slowly demonstrated.

Pros: I love this. It`s such a great stretch and balance workout. It feels just right as it`s not too easy and not too difficult, perfectly balanced with challenges as well as parts that are purely pleasurable. I like that in the school (which is so amazing!) we are `assigned` to do this twice a week this month. It gets me motivated to keep up with stretches. Highly recommended as an integral part of worship dance training, or any training practice.

Pros: Pastor Lynn is so encouraging and knowledgeable as she leads us in practicing moves that emphasize deep breathing, strength, flexibility and balance. Pros: I am happy that Pastor Lynn has several teaching videos on how and why dancers needs to stretch. Although I have not stretch as much as I should have since 2012, I still remembered the incredible feeling of flexibility, grace and poise it gave me. Balance and Stretch is definitely a must keep video to do at least three or four times a week, just to avoid injuries and getting warmed up for more vigorous dancing.

Pros: Wow, this DVD is really fantastic. It is a gentle workout that builds strength, gets your blood pumping, helps improve balance, and leave your muscles feeling totally relaxed. I have been inactive for several weeks due to back pain and when I put this DVD in I wasn't expecting to be able to complete it. However, it is the perfect combination of gentle and challenging; I was able to work through the DVD at my own pace and I felt a release in my body by the end. I definitely recommend this DVD, it's one you will want to do everyday.

Pros: The exercises gave me a good stretch and helped me work on balance. I feel more flexibility in my torso and my legs. My body feel relaxed. The modifications help if you have difficulty with the movement.

Any of the exercises that you go through here work nicely as a cool down after your large muscle groups such as your gluteals and quadriceps are revved up and ready to go. I remember the first time I ever did the Balance and stretch DVD that I was very much out of breath, but now I have realized that after a period of time that I can execute the stretches more easily and freely.
