Pros: I ABSOULTLEY loved this DVD! I think it's my favorite. I loved the way pastor lynn sat and taught us different things in sign language and loved the way that each movement was executed. This video was very informative and was detailed. I will use everything in this video as it will help me in the future with choreography.

Even if you absorb everything the 1st or 2nd time you watched, you will still learn more, because Pastor Lynn really packs a lot of information in what she says, what she does, and how she does it. Pros: I loved the echo exercise toward the end of the DVD. It reminded me of people taking their first steps in the world of worship dance as I did many years ago. It’s like watching a baby being born. It also makes me wonder if there won’t be a similar type of worship dance class in Heaven when believers arrive if they haven’t had any experience with it here on the earth. It’s a blessing to know we have a head start on training for our eternal home.

I really cherished her testimony about how she learned sign language at the age of 10. You will enjoy the echo expressions and how they were relationally paired and combined to bring greater meaning and emphasis and accentuate the expression (e.g. Father/Heaven, Peace/Bless, Majesty/Power, etc). During the later portion of the video, Lynn Hayden covers beautiful, heartfelt choreography, sign, and expressive worship to the song, “I Worship You.”

Pros: I loooove all the Dancing for Him DVDs but this one (there is also an Expressive and Sign Video II) is by far one of my favourites. It just hold a special place in my heart. Maybe because I am an interpreter and translator and I always want to convey meaning accurately and rapidely in a communication. When I dance, sometimes I just don’t know how to wave my arms or my hands. It just seem to be “meaning-less”. I know now that it is not, because waving, for instance, is Tenufah, a perfume of fire that drives out the enemy and clears the atmosphere in the spiritual realm, thus creating deliverance. The expressive sign language thus gives more ideas on how to add expression to a worship dance. Such a great tool, so rich, a bedside table teaching DVD!
