The spiral around and contract movement flowed beautifully with the adjoining creative movements. The explanation and demonstration by the students in the Do's and Don'ts segment got me into hysterics as it was a reminder of the wrong things which I have done in the past.

The individual phrase expressions sparked ideas for enhancing choreography for dances I've been doing solo for years. The dance to My Hope is anointed... and the choreography is so fluid. The front view, the instructional break down, and the back view provided instruction from all sides... the bonus clip of this dance in ministry blessed me! Initially I thought this was beyond my technique level, but as I walked through the instructional breakdown, I realized I was able to add a level I had not dance before... and I found myself overwhelmed with the HOPE of my heart... I can't stop dancing to this song!
