Practical and generously shared examples of each type of activity done by an enthusiastic ministry group is powerfully encouraging to share with your current ministry or begin one! As Pastor Lynn says in the intro; it is an essential visual supplement” to the book which goes into detail about how to do these activities.

Pros: I love Creative Worship DVD, the music, the garments and the colors give a very intimate setting that grabbed my attention and made me want to get up and move. Pastor Lynn made it easy to follow demonstrations of each example. It was really good to see men dancers demonstrating in the groups as well.

Her teachings and recommendations were excellent to show us how to effectively use planned portions of choreography (e.g. flags, props, selection of dancers) with spontaneous movement choreography in order to be prepared to respond in a timely manner to the demands and needs of ministry/events.

My view and scope of dancing before the Lord broadens with each new tool I experience. The Creative Worship DVD goes hand in hand with the book of the same name. Pastor Lynn describes, then demonstrates exercises designed to encourage spontaneity and creativity in a team. She also shows how to choreograph a dance in 30 seconds! Pros: I bought this dvd at a conference and the title was what drawed me to it. When I watched it I was amazed at how easy it was to learn so much choregraphy insists on the dvd. It gives you step by step approach.

Pros: I found this video to give many examples of concepts to develop with a group. We see how to build teamwork as everyone is encouraged through these exercises to build their own demonstration of background / foreground, mirror, shapes, and it’s all in a wonderful example of this flowing well.

Pros: I just love the Creative Worship DVD, it is filled with such joy and laughter as Pastor Lynn instructs a creative worship class at one of her DFH conferences. It is a wonderful demonstration of how creative worship can be fun yet at other times slow and very compassionate towards the Lord. The Creative Worship DVD itself stimulates your desire to dance for and worship your one true God. It takes those dry and empty places of the same old routine and turns them into an oasis of worship and adoration towards Him. Pros: I really loved the creative worship DVD by the author Lynn Hayden and I believe the idea of creating such a DVD is very original and divinely inspired. On average I normally take at least six to eight sessions to put a choreographed dance together. The concept of planned spontaneity is the ideal solution to put a dance together in a short period of time. I believe this DVD will contribute significantly to the value of dance worship in groups and will bring it to another level.
