Pillars of Leadership - Book

Pros: This book has really challenged my worship to be deeper rooted in Christ, and motivated me to become the leader God wants me to be. Every chapter will have you do a deep introspection of your godly leadership.

Pros: I really enjoyed reading each chapter of this book and gaining more insight of people in the Bible and their ways of leadership. Such a great wealth of information by Pastor Will's knowledge. Taking me deeper to a new level in leadership and with the Holy Spirit.

Pros: Each chapter is a moving glimpse into the heart and mind of various people in scripture to highlight core principles that were central to their success in faith and purpose. These core principle are important for everyone, but especially poignant for those in leadership.

Pros: Who better to learn from than the patriarchs and heroes of the Bible? A must have for anyone in secular or ministry leadership.

Pros: This book really guides the budding dance leader on how to listen to the leading of God with thoughtful biblical insight and encouragement to point any leader in the right direction with God! It was such a meaningful and insightful book! I just loved it!

Pros: This book is an amazing resource on learning about leadership from people's lives in the Bible! Pastor Wil shares about their weaknesses and how God still used them to bring glory to His name! It brings hope to hearts that we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us!

Pros: Pillars of Leadership is a book that every leader should read. It is taken by the examples of biblical leaders and gives so much insight about leadership and how to follow the lead of God that it has a big impact on your life!!

Pros: There were so many times while reading through these chapters that I just felt the presence of The Father. There were countless times this year I could not find this book because my husband had taken it to read it for himself. We would read at times together and even some chapters over again. This book captures how we fit into the Kingdom life as spoken over us through the Word of God.

Pastor Will uses many examples from the Bible to show the reader what a leader looks like and how we can come into alignment more and more with God's will and our relationship with Him. Pros: This book was right on time for me. It challenged me from the very beginning of the book as a leader and reinforced what my pastor has been teaching about leadership. Pastor Amos uses the lives of men and women in the Bible to help you to see how God calls us and moves us into the place He wants us to be. This book is well written and is a must read!

Pros: This book pointed me to key people in the Bible and painted them as worshippers (successful or not) and helped me see my dance through life in their stories. And inspired me to create activations to help others encounter His presence in a fresh new way to encourage them on their journeys with Him.

Pros: This book is a great source of encouragement not only to Worship Dance leaders but for anyone who is called of God to be a leader. If you are discouraged or feel inadequate in fulfilling the leadership role God has called you to do, read this book. Each chapter highlights a Bible character the Lord has used to fulfill his purpose. It shows how God uses ordinary men and women to do extraordinary work for Him.

Pros: This book is a excellent tool to help a person realize that leadership has existed in the scriptures in the old and the new testaments. The author adds an unique perspective of each character and the obstacles he or she had to overcome with the help of the Lord. Excellent source of encouragement for anyone in leadership.
