POIEMA - ONLINE WORSHIP DANCE CONFERENCE

Sometimes, we will have DFH T-Shirts available for sale at a particular conference. They are nice quality cotton shirts in varying colors. They fit closely to the body. If you want a looser fit, go up a size. 2X and 3X are misses sizes (not Woman's size). 2X is similar to a misses XXL.

If your address reflects a foreign order and you select US shipping, it will not be shipped.

Color choice will be based on current inventory. In other words, you select your size and we will pick a color based on what is currently available. Get ready for a nice surprise color:) 

You may order, but we can not guarantee that we will have your size or favorite color preference. Times, throughout the year (especially after a large event) we may be low on stock. If so we will choose the closest size based on availability. Then email with you about it.

Upon check out, to complete everyone's registration in your group, please be sure to put either in the comments box or in an email to DFH, everyone's name and email address.

Please note that the other people in your group will NOT be considered registered nor placed on the roster or given the link to the conference until we have their names and email addresses. Thank you.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY (ADULT-18YRS. OR OLDER)

In consideration of participation in this dance program and instruction, I/we the undersigned (electronic registrants) intending to be legally bound, here by for myself and anyone acting on my behalf, as well as all others for whom I am registering (if any), release any and all claims for damages I/we may have against Dancing For Him Ministries, Inc., Lynn Hayden and their sponsors, representatives, successors, and assigns (including all teachers, hosts, host facility owners/managers) for any and all injuries or death suffered by me/us in this program. I/we attest and verify that I/we know participation in this event can be a potentially hazardous activity. However, I/we have sufficiently prepared for this event and know that I/we am/are participating at my/our own risk. The waiver extends for the duration of the program, dates there which are listed on this page; and also for the length of time you have access to the instruction. I also release Dancing For Him Ministries, Inc. use of any photographs or video footage of me/us. I/we understand that registration will ensure I/we will be automatically added to the electronic newsletter to receive ministry updates and information. I/we have read and understand this waiver of liability, and agree to the same.

The conferences are primarily geared for adults. There will be no children's classes nor child care. Children under 12 are free. However EACH child under 12 must be accompanied by a fully registered, participating, responsible adult (18 or older). The child's parent/guardian must read and sign their waiver form. Or agree to it by the electronic signature of the person registering them. Due to the largely ministerial nature of the conference and two very long days on our feet, we ask that you consider the attention span of your child before registering them. There will be no sideline mothers for any youth.

If you are not bringing children, you may select N/A in the Child Waiver drop down. However, if you are a parent/guardian or person registering people and you an/or they are bringing a child/children, put 'yes' in the Child Waiver agreement box at the top of this page. The amount of registrations, offerings, support, etc., is absolutely non-refundable. Nor may it be applied to another conference, or transferred to another person. If for some unforeseen reason, regardless of the situation, you will be unable to attend, your tax-deductible registration will be considered a love gift/donation to further the work of God through Dancing For Him Ministries.
