Vendor Agreement

Vendor Agreement Product Description:

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at a Dancing For Him Conference.

Please select something from EACH drop down (even if it is no), for the system to let you pass.

If you desire to be a vendor and sell your items during this conference. You must:

Answer and agree to all the questions/requirements in the check out drop downs, and pay your deposit no later than two weeks before the event.

VENDOR FEE

$100 Non-refundable deposit. 

Plus 10% of sales or orders above $1000.

Payable upon table close down (usually at Saturday dinner break). You may pay extra in cash or use DFH PayPal reader. If you made less than $1000, then no additional payment is required.

Dancing For Him Student/Alumni - no deposit required. Only pay the 10% of sales and orders acquired during the conference, or 15% if using DFH card reader.

SET UP

Please contact the particular host of this conference to see when you will be able to come in to set up your table. If it has to be on the day of the conference, it must be completely finished at least 45 minutes before start time. We do not want any distractions during worship. If you come in after we've begun, you must wait until the next meal break time to set up. 

SALES AND TABLE OPTIONS

If you will be collecting your own cash and credit card payments, you may request a table. The host may or may not have a table cloth. It is recommended that you bring your own (just in case).

If you desire to sell your items along with DFH items and use DFH's Paypal card reader, you may place your items on the tables with DFH items. This requires an additional $15 deposit and 15% for sales above $1000. 

DFH Students/Alumni if using DFH Paypal card reader - 15% of sales and orders.

SALES TIMES

Sales times will be:

• 30 minutes before start time
• First 30 minutes of meal break times
• Absolutely no selling during conference classes.

BREAK DOWN TIMES

We typically break down tables and get the church/facility back to normal before the concert (whenever that may be). But sometimes, there is not enough time to do that if the concert is before dinner break. In that instance, we close down after the concert. 

CONFERENCE PARTICIPATION

Those paying the initial vendor fee are not required to register for the conference, and are encouraged to participate in as much of the conference as possible, and agree to the waiver (below).

DFH Students/Alumni must still register for the conference.*

After reviewing your application, we reserve the right to refuse your vendor participation (and will refund), based solely on wanting to make sure your items are unique and will not conflict with other vendors or Dancing For Him.

Also, we reserve the right to cancel or reject your application if it is not filled out correctly, and will notify you right away.
