THE WORSHIPPING BRIDE ARTISTIC MINISTRY CONFERENCE & GRADUATION - NOVEMBER 6, 2027

NOTE:  This is an online conference. There is no foreign shirt option here. If you live outside US boarders, please order a T-shirt HERE.

Most of the time, we will have DFH T-Shirts available for sale on the product table at conferences. You may order one up to two weeks before the conference, so you can wear it during the conference, should you choose.  

So, in the drop down that says, 'DFH T-shirt (includes shipping),' simply select your size and it will add the amount to your total and you'll receive it in the mail.

OR 

You can choose not to purchase a shirt before the conference, in which case, you would select NO in the 'DFH T-Shirt (includes shipping)' drop down and you will not be charged for one.

OR 

You may possibly decide to just purchase one at the conference (no obligation). So, even though you may have selected NO in the 'DFH T-Shirt (includes shipping)' drop down, please select your size and color preference in those particular drop downs. In so doing, you'll notice that it will not charge you for a shirt. Your price will not change.

But the system will not let you go to the next screen until  you select something from each drop down. Again, it will not charge you and there is no obligation to buy.

The reason I have that there is so I have a general idea of what sizes and colors people prefer, so I know what to carry in my suitcases that only hold 50lbs each. I wouldn't want to make available at the conference all size XL and 2X, if most people were say, medium or large.

The shirts are nice quality cotton ladies' shirts in varying colors. They fit closely to the body. If you want a looser fit, go up a size. 2X and 3X are misses sizes (not Woman's size). 2X is similar to a misses XXL. 

You may order, but we can not guarantee that we will have your exact size or color preference. If we are out of size S for example, I may send you a M (not much difference in size). Times, throughout the year (especially after a large event) we get low on stock.  If so, I will do my best to mail the very closest to your size and color choice as I can. Please note: For in-person conferences, where there will be products sold, we are not offering the option to ship T-shirts to foreign registrants. Please simply purchase a shirt during the conference. If you live outside of US boarders (and your address reflects that), and you order a T-shirt, it will not be shipped. Thanks.

The price is already the low 'group rate,' if you have more than one person, simply put the appropriate number of people in the quantity box.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY (ADULT-18YRS. OR OLDER)

In consideration of participation in this dance program and instruction, I/we the undersigned (electronic registrants) intending to be legally bound, here by for myself and anyone acting on my behalf, as well as all others for whom I am registering (if any), release any and all claims for damages I/we may have against Dancing For Him Ministries, Inc., Lynn Hayden and their sponsors, representatives, successors, and assigns for any and all injuries or death suffered by me/us in this program. I/we attest and verify that I/we know participation in this event can be a potentially hazardous activity. However, I/we have sufficiently prepared for this event and know that I/we am/are participating at my/our own risk. The waiver extends for the duration of the program, dates there which are listed on this page. I also release Dancing For Him Ministries, Inc. use of any photographs or video footage of me/us. I/we have read and understand this waiver of liability, and agree to the same.

Children under age 12 are free, but children under 12, must be accompanied by a paid, participating adult (18+). The conferences are primarily geared for adults. There will be no children's classes nor child care. The child's parent/guardian must read and sign their waiver form. Or agree to it by the electronic signature of the person registering them. If you are not bringing children, you may select N/A in the Child Waiver drop down. However, if you are a parent/guardian or person registering people and you an/or they are bringing a child/children (under 18), put 'yes' in the Child Waiver agreement box at the top of this page. Your selection of Yes in this drop down list indicates that you, the parent(s)/guardian(s) and everyone you register here will have read and agreed to the child waiver before your/their child/children attend the conference. For the concert, please answer Yes, No in the drop down list at the top of this page. If you put yes, then about 2 weeks before the event, we will finalize the list and ask for your dance information. We will need your name, name of the song, artist, type of dance (mime, worship, praise, etc.), how many people and approximate length of song (please, try for around 6 minutes or less). Only the first 12 individuals, groups who say yes to the concert and are fully registered may participate or present their dance.  Please note that all concert information must be turned in by 2 weeks before the event, as I will be purchasing the songs from iTunes and putting them on one play list for the concert. There will be no more concert participation received after that date. If we do not hear from you by then, your dance will be deleted from the list. Thank you. All the people dancing in the concert must be fully registered participants. Please know that it is a very casual, supportive atmosphere. So be at peace and have fun sharing!

The amount of registrations, offerings, support, etc., is absolutely non-refundable. It may not be applied to another conference, nor transferred to another person. If for some unforeseen reason, regardless of the situation, you will be unable to attend, your tax-deductible registration will be considered a love gift/donation to further the work of God through Dancing For Him Ministries. Thank you. NO one-day rates available. We encourage you to attend the entire conference or as much of the conference as you are able. There will probably not be a recording of the event.
