BALLET FOR HIM INTENSIVE - VIDEO SERIES - 4

These classes in Ballet Technique - Barre, Abs and Stretch, will teach you some foundational movements that will enhance your movement vocabulary for worship dance. You'll also gain fluidity, grace, flexibility and strength.  

This series was taught online, November - December of 2020. 

It is recommended that you practice a class 3-4 days/week for best overall improvement. 

Please be sure to check with your doctor before beginning any physical exercise program. Your electronic waiver extends to this program. Please go at your own pace and do it at your own level. Listen to your body, being mindful of any aches or pains. Don't over do. Gently practice for improvement.
