Please know that you may put the number of people in the quantity box upon check out, but the other people in your group will not be considered registered nor placed on the roster until we have their names and email addresses. WAIVER OF LIABILITY (ADULT-18YRS. OR OLDER)

In consideration of participation in this dance program and instruction, I/we the undersigned (electronic registrants) intending to be legally bound, here by for myself and anyone acting on my behalf, as well as all others for whom I am registering (if any), release any and all claims for damages I/we may have against Dancing For Him Ministries, Inc., Lynn Hayden and their sponsors, representatives, successors, and assigns for any and all injuries or death suffered by me/us in this program. I/we attest and verify that I/we know participation in this event can be a potentially hazardous activity. However, I/we have sufficiently prepared for this event and know that I/we am/are participating at my/our own risk. The waiver extends for the duration of the program, dates there which are listed on this page. I also release Dancing For Him Ministries, Inc. use of any photographs or video footage of me/us. I/we have read and understand this waiver of liability, and agree to the same.

The conferences are primarily geared for adults. There will be no children's classes nor child care. Children under 12 are free. However EACH child under 12 must be accompanied by a fully registered, participating, responsible adult (18 or older). The child's parent/guardian must read and sign their waiver form. Or agree to it by the electronic signature of the person registering them. Due to the largely ministerial nature of the conference and two very long days on our feet, we ask that you consider the attention span of your child before registering them. There will be no sideline mothers for any youth.

If you are not bringing children, you may select N/A in the Child Waiver drop down. However, if you are a parent/guardian or person registering people and you an/or they are bringing a child/children, put 'yes' in the Child Waiver agreement box at the top of this page. For the concert, please answer Yes or No in the drop down list at the top of this page. If Yes, you'll be placed on the Concert roster. Then about 3 weeks before the event, you will be notified via email, requesting a Youtube link of your song. Please feel free, and you are encouraged to send it sooner to:  [email protected]. If we do not hear back from you, by a week and a half before the event, we will assume you did not mean to sign up for the concert and your name will be deleted from the concert roster. 

Please know that MOST of the people who will be dancing in the concert do not have a lot of formal dance training. So, please don't let the enemy discourage you from wanting to share your presentation for your audience of One. It is a very encouraging and supportive environment, where we would LOVE to see your dance and will very much miss you if you don't:)  Blessings!

The amount of registrations, offerings, support, etc., is absolutely non-refundable. Nor may it be applied to another conference, or transferred to another person. If for some unforeseen reason, regardless of the situation, you will be unable to attend, your tax-deductible registration will be considered a love gift/donation to further the work of God through Dancing For Him Ministries. Thank you. NO one-day rates available. We encourage you to attend the entire conference or as much of the conference as you are able.

Should the host of the event need to cancel for whatever reason, or if there are not enough people registered by the early savings cut off date, you will be refunded and the conference web page will be deleted. Or (in that case) you may transfer registration to another conference within one year or donate it to DFH. In nearly 30 years, there have been hardly any cancellations. So, it is quite unlikely.
