That will take you through the rest of the check out process. You'll see a receipt instantly upon final check out. Then, you'll receive a welcome email shortly thereafter.

1-2 People

Upon check out, to complete everyone's registration in your group, please be sure to put either in the comments box or in an email to DFH, everyone's name and email address. Please note that the other people in your group will not be considered registered nor placed on the roster until we have their names and email addresses. Thank you. Also know that by typing in "Yes" in the waiver box, that everyone in your group has read or will have read and agreed to the waiver. Waiver form may be found and read below.

When you put a 1 or a 2 in the quantity box, upon check out, that will indicate the number of people, not the number of webinars. Registering for a single webinar will mean that you intend on being present for the nearest, upcoming date. To register for a second or third webinar, simply multiply the number of people by the number of webinars. 

EXAMPLE: 2 people want to register for 2 of the webinars, put "4" in the quantity box and then email me to explain for which ones. 

Put 'yes' in the waiver agreement box at the top of this page. Your selection of Yes in this drop down list indicates that you and everyone you register here will have read and agreed to the waiver before attending the conference. Simply put, selecting yes for yourself and anyone else you register is your/their electronic signature. Please read the waiver below.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY (ADULT-18YRS. OR OLDER)

In consideration of participation in this dance program and instruction, I/we the undersigned (electronic registrants) intending to be legally bound, here by for myself and anyone acting on my behalf, as well as all others for whom I am registering (if any), release any and all claims for damages I/we may have against Dancing For Him Ministries, Inc., Lynn Hayden and their sponsors, representatives, successors, and assigns for any and all injuries or death suffered by me/us in this program. I/we attest and verify that I/we know participation in this event can be a potentially hazardous activity. However, I/we have sufficiently prepared for this event and know that I/we am/are participating at my/our own risk. The waiver extends for the duration of the program, dates there which are listed on this page. I also release Dancing For Him Ministries, Inc. use of any photographs or video footage of me/us. I/we have read and understand this waiver of liability, and agree to the same.

Please note: While this webinar is geared for adults, children may participate with their parents. However, any child age 10 or older must be registered. Children under 10 are free. 

The conferences are primarily geared for adults. The child's parent/guardian must read and sign their waiver form. Or agree to it by the electronic signature of the person registering them. We ask that you consider the attention span of your child before registering them. 

If you will not have children in the room, you may select N/A in the Child Waiver drop down. However, if you are a parent/guardian or person registering people and you an/or they are bringing a child/children, put 'yes' in the Child Waiver agreement box at the top of this page. Your selection of Yes in this drop down list indicates that you, the parent(s)/guardian(s) and everyone you register and their parents/guardians here will have read and agreed to the child waiver before your/their child/children attend the conference. The amount of registrations, offerings, support, etc., is absolutely non-refundable. Nor may it be applied to another conference, or transferred to another person. If for some unforeseen reason, regardless of the situation, you will be unable to attend, your tax-deductible registration will be considered a love gift/donation to further the work of God through Dancing For Him Ministries.
