IN PERSON PRODUCT ORDERS/REGISTRATIONS WITH A CREDIT CARD

So, what I’m thinking may be the easiest for credit card purchases for registration and product table times is for you and/or your helpers, to help each person do it on their own (or your) device. Then at the bottom of the check out page, they can put your conference state in the comments box. Then I will know it came from you. 

So, at product table times, I can stay on the Zoom for say 5-10 minutes, in case people have questions, but then you and/or your helpers can be at the product table area to help people order and just ask them to put your state down at the bottom.

Please remember you receive your 20% only on DFH Books/ebooks/videos/DVDs and Pastor Wil’s books/ebooks. I don’t have any “room” in any other types of products.  If you sell your products during the live event, I only ask that you would kindly pray about blessing DFH with at least 10% of what you sell it for.

HERE ARE THE POSTERS AND PICTURES THAT YOU COULD USE 

Let's really start promoting.. the first extra early cut off is September 10 already!

As soon as I receive the remaining videos, I'll finish up the Affiliate Teacher's video montage. Once you send your teaching video in, I'll send you the link to register for the Anytime Pass at 95% off whatever the price is at the time. If you get it in by August 31st, you can register for I think less than the zoom price (around $3). Please, though, the hard DVD discs only come with a regular registration. Thank you for understanding, as the $3-7 doesn't even come close to covering costs:) You will still receive the online bonus teachings, though. And, of course the Anytime Pass with all the many teachings from the conference and the other teachers:)

PICTURES/POSTERS

You should be able to double-click on the folder with all the different kinds of pictures/posters, that I sent you.

You’ll see the yellow box at bottom right of each poster has appropriate call to action for each type of posting.

Best for print - PDF - that is only if you would like to print some and post them at local tack boards

Documents or email - PDF - that is only if you want to put it in some sort of document that you’d send by email or directly into an email. Though, this, I find is cumbersome. The .png is better for email programs. See which works better for you.

Email Poster.png - High res photo to send through email

Facebook Poster - best to post in Facebook pages

Insta Poster - best for an Instagram post

Watch for Details - ignore

WEB - ignore - that is for the DFH website. Although, I don't see why you wouldn't be able to put it on your website too:)

Once you receive your affiliate link, you can place that link “under” some posters and “near” other posters (depending on where you post).

This is what I see when someone signs up using your link.

HOW AFFILIATE IDS WORK

1. Once the entire page is completed, I will send you special links associated with these ID’s. 
    DONE

2. Then you may begin promoting everywhere! Place the link either under the picture/poster or around it (depending on the type of social media). Encourage people to sign up with the link that you give them (so you’ll receive the credit, though of course, you don’t have to say that:))

Posting Etiquette Note: It really goes without saying, but just in case:)  Please do not post your ID link on any of my pages (DFH, Lynn Hayden, School levels, Alumni, etc). Obviously, I'll be posting there:))  Also, please do not post your ID link on any of the other teachers' pages. I'm sure you understand, thank you. 

3. When an order comes in for the Anytime Pass, with your particular ID on the order. Very shortly after I receive it (usually same day), I’ll send you the name of the person who registered (with your ID) along with your PayPal payment for 50% of what they will have paid for the Anytime Pass at that time. 

So, if they pay $72, you’ll receive $36 and so on. So, if 10 people sign up through your ID, during that time frame that the price is $72, you’d receive total $360! More, of course as the price increases… but you get the idea:)

4. When an order comes in (with your ID) for an “In-Person Conference” (no matter which state), you’ll receive 50% of the amount of that person's registration. So, if the extra early rate is $69, you’ll receive $34.50 for that registration (payout after conference).

EXAMPLE:

Say you had 10 people sign up at the door registration for the Anytime pass, that would be:  $1020 - You'd get $510
And 10 people sign up at the door registration for the InPerson, that would be:  $960 - You'd get $480
Not to mention all the registrations leading up to it, would total a possibility (in this scenario) of 50% of those totals, or $990!!
So, while I know it is not about the money for you, but for people to gather together in God’s presence to enjoy a wonderful worship dance experience, you also have potential for making that half hour video worth your while:)

5. When it comes in, I’ll send you the name of who registered and tell you the amount they paid (I’ll keep record on a spreadsheet). 

6. Then at the beginning of the week after the conference is over, I’ll send your PayPal payment for all the registrants you will have signed up, who will have actually attended the in person event. 

The reason we must wait till after the conference is to see if they actually do come. Also, God forbid, there needs to be a cancellation, for whatever reason, I will still have the ability to refund them. Like, in 2020, of course, there was Covid and I hated to have to cancel, but we had to. Good thing I always hold all funds till after an event is over:))

Once everything is finished and once we have all your videos completed and posted, I’ll send your coupon code for you to register (which ever way you want to register). I spent some time praying about it and felt to do this:

You do need to please register (if you plan to participate or desire the anytime pass, etc.), so I can easily log and reference your registration information and waiver form. 

Your code will take 95% off the price whenever you register for the Anytime Pass, In Person or both.

So, basically this is a small token offering toward help with the service charges:) It ends up being less than the the live online amount:).
