I like also that the dance includes movements in all levels, even the floor level, so that the dance vocabulary can grow in all areas! It is also shown in different angles, from the back and from the front, in performance mode and in practice mode, so that you really get all the clues and tools in learning this dance.

Over fifty years of experience went into this DVD as Pastor Lynn has seen and experienced many of the pitfalls to avoid in solo dancing. Her expertise helps the solo dancer realize these many pitfalls as Pastor Lynn gives live examples, using her students to demonstrate the wrong ways of doing things. The spiral around and contract movement flowed beautifully with the adjoining creative movements. The explanation and demonstration by the students in the Do's and Don'ts segment got me into hysterics, as it was a reminder of the wrong things which I have done in the past.

Pros: All I can say is - this is a 'must have' compliment to the Divine Choreography and Expressive Sign videos! It opened the doors of creativity to see these techniques applied to solo dancing. The individual phrase expressions sparked ideas for enhancing choreography for dances I've been doing solo for years. The dance to My Hope is anointed... and the choreography is so fluid. The front view, the instructional break down, and the back view provided instruction from all sides... the bonus clip of this dance in ministry blessed me! Initially I thought this was beyond my technique level, but as I walked through the instructional breakdown, I realized I was able to add a level I had not dance before... and I found myself overwhelmed with the HOPE of my heart... I can't stop dancing to this song!
