Timbrel and Dance - DVD

Pros: The Timbrel and Dance DVD was a very inspiring video to watch. There are so many creative ways you can incorporate a timbrel into your dance.

Pros: I had no interest or curiosity into tambourine before watching this video and less than half way through I was already researching where I could buy one! I was inspired by the movements resembling our ancestry in the Hebrew culture of dance. I realized that as a biblical instrument this is a perfect way to celebrate the greatness of our God and rejoice in Him!

Pros: This is a great video resource to watch at anytime for creative ideas for choreography with or without tambourines. This is worth watching over and over and to practice with for a team or a solo.

Pros: This is another excellent teaching by Pastor Lynn Hayden. This DVD is filled with information on how to use trimbrels in your dance choreography. Very wise investment.

Pros: I found this DVD to be such a delight! Included are a myriad of movements and creative ideas that you can incorporate into your dance using a tambourine. I find the tambourines to be a powerful instrument of worship.

Pros: How beautiful!! Who knew there were so many different movements that could be done with the use of tambourines timbrels). This was certainly very anointed.

Pros: What an informative DVD to learn a variety of tambourine movements; I had no idea there were so many things you could do with the tambourine and it looked so fun. Pastor Lynn provides so much creativity along with choreographed dances. The DVD is packed full of joy as the dancers really enjoy themselves. I loved seeing the different groups using the assigned words and phrases and sharing such creative movements with the tambourine. I really enjoyed the expressive sign with the tambourine and how easy she made it look. It was refreshing to see all the expressive sign movements combined with the tambourine

Pros: This DVD is chock full of demos of tambourine moves, as well as body movements with the tambourine. This is a great resource for the novice or seasoned tambourine user!

Pros: This is an awesome resource to add to your DFH library. The teaching was easy to understand and learn. This DVD offers various ideas for ministry with tambourine.

Pros: This was fun to watch, there is so much more to do with a tambourine and ths DVD will help you. I enjoyed the fast beat dance as well that was tought with ease. More wealth of knowledge to draw from.. This is a yes and amen to get.

Pros: This is an awesome resource for adding tambourine to your praise, worship and dance choreography. Once again, Pastor Lynn uses her dance expertise to provide another treasure for our dance toolbox by offering ideas and creativity though activations, body movements, expressive sign, word study and dance composition.In addition, she teaches two full dances step by step. I truly enjoyed this DVD and am looking forward to incorporating the timbrel/tambourine in my dance choreography.

Pros: The Timbrel and Dance DVD by Pastor Lynn Hayden was such a delight to watch! It not only brought back many memories of when I was a member of the tambourine and dance ministry team called “Ranan”, but it also stirred up the excitement and joy I felt when I picked up this praise tool for the very first time. I guess you can say it was like being re-awakened inside. This wonderful resource includes two beautiful dance routines done with tambourines that are taught step by step. It is also jammed-packed with additional movement ideas such as “Creative Activations”, “Body Movements”, “Expressive Sign with Tambourines”, “Active Word Study”, and “Dance Composition” that will surely help any minister of movement to not only incorporate tambourines within their own presentations, but also minister more effectively.

Pros: This was such a great resource on using the tambourine! It was unlike any other out there because Pastor Lynn presents so many creative ideas on how to incorporate this praise tool into choreography and how to express different ideas. The dance she presents and teaches is modern and fun!

Pros: I was still awe struck by the choreography of the Tambourine Dance to Laura Rinehart “Completely.” The four main dancers brought their own expressive movements to the dance that just gave the piece an extra jenesaisquoi. I also found it astonishing seeing the different groups take their assigned word, phrase, scripture and create unique movements with the tambourine.

Pros: I love the use of the timbrel in the dance, after I watched this DVD. I feel ready to use it, and I will make more creative choreography! It is a beautiful DVD to keep it and share it! Thank pastor Lynn for this new DVD!
