Strengthening my Core!

Pros: This video was answered prayer! After learning that I had some issues with my pelvic floor, I have recently been working to strengthen my deep core. And this video is so amazing. And so on time!

Stretch to Strength!

Pros: An excellent, gentle start for those who are older or those who haven't "moved" their bodies in a long time. Great insights on how these exercises benefit and strengthen the body.

Cons: None...especially because there are modifications provided as well.

Really Awesome Stretch/Workout Video!

Pros: This is a wonderful stretch and workout video that helps strengthen your core, balance, and gives you proper body alignment. There are also really great breathing exercises on the video. I highly recommend this video!!!!

No Stress Exercise

Pros: Preliminary Pilates is just the resource needed to get started in a great strength building exercise routine. The instructions are simple to follow, and Pastor Lynn gives modifications to each exercise, if needed. Perfect for individuals new to Pilates.
