Great Resource!

Length of ownership: 1 week-1 month

Pros: The Balance and Stretch DVD is a very good resource for dancers. It is filled with various warm up, stretch and balance exercises. I learned so much from this DVD that I will now use with my own dancers and dance team.

Exciting

Length of ownership: 1 week-1 month

Pros: In this DVD you learn how to strenghten your body through holding your balance and stretch at the same time- good for any dancer to have!!!

Valuable Workout!

Length of ownership: 1 week-1 month

Pros: This workout surprisingly gets you warm and sweaty doing the strengthening activities even though the pace of the workout is easy and steady. The balance challenges were so fun and the relaxation section was such a blessing! Unless you are already a pro at pilates and yoga, I suggest using this workout as much as possible to progress your flexibility, balance and strengthening! This is so necessary for my personal growth in flexibility.

Cons: I think it would be easier for the participant to watch the side views and modifications before the entire workout.
