Pros: This video goes beyond rudimentary moves so that one can see how a dancer emerges. The queuing is wonderful as Pastor Lynn demonstrates and talks us through each movement, then she has a wonderful assistant demonstrate combinations in a very controlled and fluid manner. This DVD used in the privacy of your own home can be played over and over perfecting each and every movement, something that you cannot even get in a live ballet class.

Pros: Ballet III is an excellent DVD for the more advanced ballet student or those who are seeking expand their knowledge of ballet. I would highly recommend that you purchase Ballet 1 and Ballet II as a prerequisite to Ballet III.

Pros: I knew this DVD would be challenging, and it did not disappoint. The foundation that was built in the Ballet I & II provide a good foundation for the exercises in this video. The pace of this video is much quicker and there is an expectation that you have successfully worked through the first 2 video’s. I loved the challenge, but it would be difficult without the proper foundation. It is a great video for the next level of ballet training.

Pros: Pastor Lynn Hayden’s Ballet III DVD really gave my body and my mind a lot to chew on. Ballet III is a very challenging dance class, but despite it’s advanced techniques and combinations, it is a lot of fun to work through. After working through the Ballet I and Ballet II DVDs, it feels quite satisfying to see that Ballet III is the next step. This whole DVD series really takes you far in your ballet training and technique. Ballet III will keep you challenged and moving forward in achieving excellence in your dancing.

Pros: For anyone who has a background in Ballet but would like to grow and stretch themselves this DVD is a must. Pastor Lynn does a grand job of teaching and also uses a DFH Online School Alumni to demonstrate each movement as well. And during the stretching section I was absolutely memorized. This DVD is inspirational and beautiful.

Pros: This is a great intermediate to advanced Ballet Class. It really shows an excellence in Ballet. It's wonderful especially if you are experienced in ballet, you will grow in your dance, and be able to use it for the purposes of glorifying the LORD and the joy in movement. I think of the scripture… He makes Lebanon skip like a calf, Psalm 29:6 And the Psalmist continues, The LORD gives strength to His people. The LORD blesses His people with shalom. Psalm 29:11 I could see these verses beautifully danced with ballet moves from this DVD!!! Even if you are a beginner, you will be inspired to watch it and get new inspiration!

And at the end of the DVD instead of doing traditional reverence, I loved how Pastor Lynn ended class giving reverence to God.

Pros: This video has clear explanations and then the demonstration that helps the student to follow the instructions. Following this video is like having a teacher at home. It really is a treasure to have it and practice it.

Pros: I really enjoyed expanding my ballet skills! It is a continuation of the Ballet series, and you have the opportunity to combine all that you have learned and actually start dancing! It is obviously for the more advanced student, but it is presented in such a clear format that even non-dancers with basic knowledge of ballet can follow along.

Pros: The Ballet III DVD by Pastor Lynn Hayden is more advanced than her previous two videos. However, like the others, it is filmed in an actual church setting with the use of chairs as the barre. And although, the covered material is more in depth and gives you a bit of a challenge, I truly appreciate how Pastor Lynn first explains each technique and then has her assistant Nanette to demonstrate it with music, while she talks you through and shares important tips. This helps to lesson any anxiety one might have in regards to taking a “Ballet” class and also shows how it could be done almost anywhere.

Pros: This DVD is very challenging. It is full of intricate, beautiful barre, warm ups, stretching and floor exercises. I thoroughly enjoy watching Nannette Boyer and Pastor Lynn’s teaching/explanations are so explicit. All movements can be modified for any level and you definitely want to add this to your library. Pros: Pastor Lynn Hayden’s Ballet 3 is so full of a variety of ballet dance movements, that you will want to watch them over and over again until you have mastered them. As a beginner, I just repeated the ballet exercises used with the chair (bar) so that I could stretch and warm up before attempting to do the more complicated ones, like the Degage or the pirouette, with modifications. Ballet 3 inspires me with more ideas for beautiful worship dance movements.

Pros: Ballet III builds on Ballet I and II by Pastor Lynn Hayden. The examples and demonstrations are well explained and beautifully done. Although it is challenging, I know with consistent practice, I will improve my ballet technique and you can, too. Great DVD for your dance tool box!!

Pros: This DVD is more for the advanced dancer, but you will definitely get a good workout, even if you can't do some of the exercises or Center Floorwork part. Each exercise is taught then demonstrated--which is very helpful.

Pros: I found most of the exercises very challenging, especially done in fifth position, however I did what I could and enjoyed myself very much. I do not have a ballet background growing up, although I wish I did, but I am familiar with the ballet terms. The ease of the teaching encouraged me to try to execute them. I loved how Each exercise in the center was taught from the back which made it easier to follow and learn, but then also facing front. The choreography is amazing and clearly taught. Pros: This ballet download is so amazing and therapeutic. Pastor Lynn really helps us to refine our ballet techniques in this download. This teaching helps us to develop our gracefulness and the poise as a dancer.

Pros: The therapeutic barre looks and feels really easy at first, but quickly grows into more strength and stretch. It's a great warm up to prepare for all of the other techniques taught in this DVD. The tendu exercises really works to strengthen the feet. At my age, having strong feet, legs and hips to carry the rest of my body upright and correctly is extremely important. I also like the stretch Lynn does on the floor and on her back. I'm so thankful to be able to get down on the floor without all of the pain I used to have. I also appreciate the breaks during the explanations to catch my breath so I can be ready to give it my best. I'm really surprised how out of shape I feel after a few months off from dancing. Nanette makes everything look so easy and really sets the bar high as I try to look like her when I am practicing. The Adagio is so beautiful and as I am getting stronger and more balanced, it makes me feel more like a beautiful dancer inside. The pirouette with the ten

Pros: This DVD is wonderful for a good work out and to practice with. My feet have grown so much stronger that I can dance in my bear feet on much firmer surfaces, without hurting them; which leads to even more of a desire to dance in my kitchen, up front in worship or where ever I have an appropriate opportunity.

Pros: With every exercise being so intricately explained I was able to revisit over and over the most challenging parts for me. What a blessing to work at your own pace to become more and more like Pastor Lynn's participant ballerina. This video has inspired me to keep practicing and putting my best foot forward to grow in strength, flexibility and a sharpened mind.

Pros: From the gentle and purposeful preparation to the combinations, this ballet teaching will take you further! Pastor Lynn explains and offers frequent reminders about proper execution. Her explanation of how to safely and correctly do plies is invaluable! We are guided by Pastor Lynn, then shown by an advanced dancer how to do the barre and floor work. We may not be able to do everything that is shown, but we can certainly be inspired to improve...and get some movement ideas as well from this DVD!

Pros: After having practiced long with the Ballet I and Ballet II DVDs, I still found this DVD quite challenging. I loved the barre work, which stretched my brain as well as my body. If you struggle with this initially, I encourage you to keep at it. Parts that felt impossible for me the first time through, I found doable by the third and fourth time, so I can’t wait to see how I’ll grow as I continue practicing regularly with this DVD.
