All conference arrangements remain the same except the cost and time of arrival. Also, arrangements and confirmations should be made at least one full year in advance.
Since it will be a much longer trip than normal, DFH will need to arrive at least two days before the event (preferably three) to account for jet lag recuperation and conference preparation.
Since Dancing For Him does not have many people on the email list, outside US boarders, nor does it have a missions budget, it will rely solely on the promotions of the host church. Therefore, any host outside of the US must pay all of the expenses for Dancing For Him. This includes the airfare for two people (tickets purchased and forwarded at least three months in advance), all duty or entrance/exit taxes, fees, all meals, lodging, transportation and an honorarium of one half of the registrations that are obtained. The conference host will also be responsible for all its own expenses, such as the venue and everything associated with that. So, the foreign host must be very confident that they can gather a large group, in order to cover expenses. Dancing For Him will not be responsible for any expenses whatsoever outside of the US.
