This DVD has approximately ten minutes of basic-body warm up, which raises the internal core body temperature, and prepares the muscles for stretching.
It has some standing movement and stretches to improve flexibility.
Then there are a variety of stretches on the floor for maximum improvement.
Finally, the DVD ends with a meditation on and adoration to our Lord Jesus Christ, for a relaxing and satisfying way to start or end your day!
