Part 1 shows Lynn coaching one of her students through several of the exercises. These are slightly more advanced moves to give you a better foundation and marked improvement with proper technique. Demonstrating proper form and modifications of the exercises, she breaks it down, shows the do's and don'ts as well as proper breathing and body alignment. 

Part 2 shows Lynn coaching her student through the entire workout - nonstop. Do it along with her for a great workout!

Be sure to watch part 1 a couple of times before attempting part 2, so you’ll have a better understanding of how to execute the exercises properly.

Top of the line

Pros: Top of the line DVD, great coaching every step of the way. Makes you feel like you have your own personal trainer. Great for flexibility,toning, and low impact.

Wow! What a blessing!!

Pros: Pilates DVD is a great continuation of the first Pilates DVD and challenged me more! It's a great DVD by Pastor Lynn and several workout and strengthening movements for conditioning and posture are taught that any ministry can learn from. This DVD has a surprise dance at the end that will bless your spirit!

Pros: This video will help you strengthen your core which is vital for dance. The demonstrations are easy to follow and include various modifications. It is a great workout as well as gives movement ideas for choreography It is a beginning/intermediate workout that if done faithfully will give the viewer amazing results!
