Pros: After viewing the Preliminary Pilates video, I was able to better understand the benefits to be gained by incorporating the core strengthening workout in my daily routine at least three times a week. The instruction was easy to follow and being able to listen to Pastor Lynn explain the proper posture or positioning while the exercise was demonstrated by her student was very helpful.

Pros: This Pilates Alternative DVD is exceptional and well taught with simple instruction. It will help you to strengthen your core while building endurance and improving your balance. Lynn Hayden demonstrates proper breathing techniques in order to execute these exercises more effectively. I feel that my body has become stronger, flexible, and well balanced. For the beginner, there are modification exercises in the second half of the DVD. I highly recommend this DVD.

Pros: This is a must have in your dance video library. If you have never tried pilates before or you just desire an easy morning and evening workout the Preliminary Pilates is the right video for you. The exercises are easy to follow and execute. And for those being introduce to pilates for the very first time, there is a modification portion that breaks down each exercise. Moms even your children can follow the instructions in this video and exercise with you. Preliminary Pilates will definitely strengthen your core, increase flexibility and release unwanted muscle tension.

Pros: I love this DVD! It is like having your own private lesson. I have never had that experience in a pilates class. Lynn describes each exercise & execution. But what I really like is each one is described how to do it correctly. It makes working out easy & I know I will do it the right way & have better results. Pros: DVD is a very rich and tremendously useful resource and will benefit many who practice the Pilates exercises regularly and over a period of time such as strengthening and purifying the body, increasing core strength and improves day to day activities. The exercises described are ab prep, breast stroke prep, shell stretch, the hundred, half roll back, roll up, single leg circle, spine twist and many others.

Pros: Done in two parts that showed me how to breathe properly so I could do the exercise that will strengthen by core. Once I do that it is very clear with this teaching my quality of life will improve. I feel better doing what will produce stronger muscles more flexibility, because I want to be a strong dancer/worshiper for the praise of His Glory!!! Another great teaching for a beginner or advanced try it you will like it!!!

Pros: This video is a must have for both the beginner or seasoned dancer! There ae 18 pilates exercises which wonderfully incorporate breathing, stretching and strengthening of the chore muscles. Lynn offers modifications on some of the excercises to help the beginner build up to their own level of flexibility. This can definitely be incorporated into a morning worship devotional time!

Pros: This is a total work out DVD. It is a great DVD to use to really stretch your body. IT has so many difference exercise movement. And you feel it after you do just some of them. I like the half roll back, and single leg circle,and many more of them. pilates is good for your body.

Pros: I love that this video is a very simple basic Pilates course with great explanations and examples given by Pastor Lynn for form. I appreciate all the detail in the showing of each exercise as for posture, breathing, movement, etc. then by a student to do a workout. I am excited to feel the strength in my abdomen and low back returning and the pain diminishing.

Pros: Awesome! is the word for this DVD-I didn't know how weak I was in my core until viewing this DVD-I currently use it at least twice a week for excercise and strength. I found it very easy to follow as well as give you the do's and don'ts to avoid injury. Lynn was very detailed and thorough thru the entire video. Thanks Lynn
