Saturday
8:00 - Artistic Worship 9-12 - Classes 12-1:30 - Lunch Break (on your own) 1:30-5 - Classes 5-7 - Dinner Break (on your own) 7-8:30 - Dance Concert (see below to sign up you or your team's presentation)
You'll receive a specific schedule upon arrival.
CONCERT
The Saturday evening concert is always a highlight of a conference. It is where you get to present a dance that you will have already done at your church and share your gift with the other participants.
Space for participation in the Saturday evening concert is limited to the first 12 individuals, groups, or teams who desire to be in it and are fully registered.
If you are mailing in your registration, please fill out the 3 forms below and send them in early with your payment.
However, if you are registering, here on line, please simply select 'yes' in the concert drop down list (at the bottom of this page).
Then put the information about the name of your group (if applicable), your name, song title, type of song (worship, mime, praise, etc.), number of people in the dance, and length of the song etc. in the comments box located after inserting the credit card information.
Please have all presentations less than 6 minutes long to give others a chance to present. Do it now to reserve your space in the concert!
COST

Groups of 5 or more - $72.00 each**
$94.00 - Individual - Received on or before March 1st, 2011 - Regular Rate

**To get the group rate if you are mailing or faxing in your registrations. We must have the entire group's money and paperwork in all together, at the same time.
NOTE: In order to get the price of what ever cut off date you are attempting, ALL - ALL PAPERWORK must be in by that date, or you will need to pay the next cut off rate. In other words, if you make your payment by the early bird cut off date, but we don't receive your 3 forms by that cut off date, then you will need to pay the next rate up. PLEASE SEND IN YOUR PAPER WORK WITH OR IMMEDIATELY AFTER YOUR PAYMENT to avoid paying the higher rate. Your paperwork alone will not hold your space. Only when we receive both the payment AND your paper work will you be considered fully registered and your spot will be held. Thank you.
HOWEVER, TO REGISTER A GROUP ON LINE: Go to the Group Rate section of the bookstore and put in the appropriate number of orders for your group to pay all at once. Then write for which conference this is for in the comments section upon checkout. Make sure each person in your group agrees to the waiver, then print their names in the waiver agreement boxes at the bottom of the group registration page. WHAT TO WEAR/BRING
Comfortable, casual, modest clothing for active movement. Dance shoes will be good for the actual dance classes and choreography. However, it would be advisable to wear or bring comfortable tennis shoes for long days on our feet.
Water bottle with tight fitting lid (no other food or beverage allowed in the hall).
Flags and other worship instruments. There is plenty of room to move and express!
You may want a light jacket or sweatshirt for the restaurants and/or air conditioning.
The DFH product table will be there with all the products at lower-then-bookstore conference prices. There will be a 'surprise discount' on a one of everything product package. On rare occasions, we'll have Dancing For Him T-Shirts or garments available for sale.
Also, some of the music that will be used during the workshop may be available for sale. So you'll want to bring MC, Visa, AM Express, Discover cards, cash or checks with you to the hall. You'll want to take advantage of the opportunity.
Absolutely NO video taping allowed during the conference. Most of the teaching and dances will be available at the product table. However, photograph taking is strongly encouraged. We will more than likely set up a conference page in Facebook, where you may upload your photos to share.
REGISTRATION
If you are mailing in your registration, please print out the 3 forms below. We must have a separate registration & waiver form for each individual.
If there is a child under 12 coming with a parent, please indicate their name(s) on the parent's registration form - not just the waiver form or they may get overlooked. We must see their name on the adult form and we need a waiver for each person. Only one child per fully paid and participating adult (18 or older).
HOWEVER, if registering here, on line, simply put 'yes' in the waiver agreement box at the bottom of this page and for a child, simply select 'yes' for the child's waiver agreement in the Child Waiver Agreement drop down. Then put their name in the comments box after the credit card information. Only one child per adult (18yrs.+).
This is also a limited offering, with limited space availability. Only those who register first will get in. Once we get to a certain # of registrations, it will be indicated at the top of this page. We will certainly let you know via e-mail before that happens, though. I recommend registering early.
METHODS
Except for on line registration, no matter what method you choose, in which you pay for registration, we still must have your 3 forms and email address, for you to be considered registered and for us to hold a space for you. This can be done a number of ways.
ON LINE If you pay on line, all we need is your waiver agreement (just put a yes) in the box at the bottom of this page.
For the concert, please answer yes, no or maybe in the drop down list at the bottom of this page and fill in the concert information in the comments box, upon checkout right after credit card information insertion (if applicable). Thank you.
