In the morning, Lynn prefers: 2 Cups of strong coffee with hazelnut creamer; one piece of fruit (grapes or apple or pear); some nuts (for protein) any kind, really. Apple juice. Please remember she will only be eating 3 small breakfasts, so no need to go overboard. Thank you.
During the day, she appreciates either salad, or tuna sandwich or egg salad sandwich, or salad with chicken, or fish, fruit salad, or any kind of light and healthy meals that someone in the church might like to prepare. Also, if need be the host can order out Subway or Panera Bread, for example.
