Pros: The Ballet Basics video is just perfect for me. I have ALWAYS wanted to take a ballet class and it is so difficult to find an adult class in my area the fits into my schedule. The exercises are explained clearly, and I so appreciate it that it can be done in a small space with simple support.

Pros: The ballet basics DVD by Lynn Haden demystified ballet for me. My previous concept of ballet was the picture of swift and agile dancers twirling on the stage in intricate and convoluted gestures. These gestures I believed were reserved for only a few who had practiced since a very young age. The video gave me a new perspective of ballet. I never imagined I could do ballet one day. The video gives very practical ways not only how to use the steps in dances but also detailed explanation of the steps so that anyone who watches the steps can actually practice them in the comfort

Pros: I have no Ballet background and have never considered myself to be fond of Ballet. However, I enjoy doing many of the steps taught on the Ballet Basics video and know that I am gaining physical strength from them. I also know that I will enjoy incorporating the steps I’ve learned into my dances.

Pros: The Ballet Basics DVD I found to be an instrumental tool in assisting with Choreographing for the dance ministry. I have never taken ballet classes before and this DVD gave you basic step by step movements that you could forward and rewind while practicing. I have incorporated some of the movements as part of our Ministry Stretch session before rehearsals. What I enjoyed most is how Lynn made you feel right at home; because the entire setting was from the comfort of a living room. I would highly recommend this DVD!

Pros: I have taken ballet sporadically over the last 10 years. This DVD has served as an excellent refresher for me. Ballet is a beautiful form of dance that is vital to effectively minister with grace in the area of worship dance. I highly recommend this DVD to all those that have never taken ballet or even for the one that needs a refresher to refine their ballet dance skills.

Pros: The Ballet Basics DVD is a wonderful beginners ballet class that you can do in the comfort of your very own home. I loved all of the teachings from the Ballet Basics DVD, they were very clear and easy to understand, all of the excercises are great for any level of dancer. I really enoyed the silent clips at the end of the Ballet Basics DVD, they gave me lots of ideas to use when choreographing a dance.

Pros: Easy Instructions to follow for the new or renewed dancer. Ability to learn basic steps,movements and positions is praticed in a comforable setting. I could pause learn at my pace, while I developed a stronger body stance. Enjoyed the challenge, very useful.

Pros: This DVD provides basic ballet foundation training which I can practice in my living room. Lynn explains each movement with ballet terms clearly before practicing with music. I especially love the 6 dance presentations at the end and they enhance my movement vocabulary.

Pros: This is a great video for the inexperienced dancer. Lynn thoroughly explains each exercise before you practice it with the music. This video gives a great foundation to ballet moves, enough to start a simple dancing on your own. Six example dances are included to show you how the moves are used.

Pros: The Ballet basic DVD was a great for me for several reasons: Convenience and Training. I was able to perform the moves in the comfort of my home without compromising any of the moves. Ballet basics prepared me for worship in terms of reducing injury and also creating cleaner movements when worshiping to songs of intimacy for the Lord. The ballet moves are clean and precise. The last segment of the DVD demonstrated silent clips. I pray to one day be able to make turns and perform moves like in the clips. This DVD is a great tool because it is truly fundamental to any dance. The DVD does so much more than just the ballet moves as it perfects the body to the movements.

Pros: I love the simplicity of this DVD. I can do it at my own pace, in my own schedule. Lynn teaches it so simply that I can relay the same information to my students and ministry members. And what I love the most is that I get to train while listening to anointed worship music in the background, so in my training and diligently preparing to do what I’m called to do in excellence, I can do it while worshipping the Lord and not compromising that time with music that may not be fitting to what I’m dedicated to do. Fantastic!

Pros: I really enjoyed the ease and instructional concept for Ballet Basics. I have gone over other products that profess to be "basic" but dont provide simple instructive teaching such as this does. I am really looking forward to progressing to the next level, this is a great foundational start as a dancer in the kingdom.
