Even though you are not doing rigorous cardio you will sweat while working on your balance and stretching your large muscle groups. Pros: I would recommend this DVD to anyone, not just Athletes and Dancers, who are interested in staying healthy to use this DVD twice a week. Even though I had difficulty with some parts, I believe anyone at any level should be able to benefit from this DVD. By staying consistent with this workout it will promote wellness.

Pros: This DVD is a nice progression from the Stretch and adoration DVD and a definite challenge. Focusing on strengthening, lengthening, balancing, and breathing all at the same time in very specific ways is intense. But Lynn presents the exercises in their simplest form first and then adds on levels of difficulty encouraging the viewer to do it to their degree and level.

I like how it flows (Lynn gives you step-by-step directions as you follow along) so you feel like you go through a whole body stretch routine...and stretching in general just makes you feel great afterwards. I learned some new strethes, too. :) Lynn targets major muscle groups and teaches you some deep stretches and positions that improve your balance.

Pros: The Balance & Stretch video is tremendous! I counted 22 separate exercises that beautifully integrate to provide a challenging workout! The music choice added to the fluidity of the workout. Each exercise is explained and demonstrated in a clear, concise manner. I appreciated very much the variation and side view segment at the end for those really challenging moves.

Pros: The Balance and Stretch DVD is a very challenging DVD that has defiantly brought discipline into my life! I remember the first time I ever did the Balance and stretch DVD that I was very much out of breath, but now I have realized that after a period of time that I can execute the stretches more easily and freely.
The Balance and stretch DVD is a very nice addition to your exercise videos, It is a DVD for every worshiper at any level or size. It gives you a great start to set off your motivation to get healthier. I remember one time I did this DVD everyday for a week and I have to say it made me feel pretty amazing and I also got complements on top of that. I will be sure to make this DVD a priority in my weekly workout!
