Please enter the number of participants (5 or more) in the quantity (above 'Buy Now'). To get this rate, it must be done on or before the Regular savings cut off date for the particular conference. Please read the specific conference information.

If you have more than 5 people in your group, put the remaining names in the comments box (during checkout, after credit card insertion) and put the total number in the 'quantity' box above 'Buy Now'. 

You may agree to the waiver and sign your group up for the concert here too. Please be sure to read all the information in the particular conference information page. 

Please put the names and email addresses of the 5 or more individuals in the boxes below to get the group rate. Also, placing your electronic signature in these spaces is an indication of your group's waiver agreement. You may read the waiver in the conference information page (in the link that says Registration Forms). Please be sure each participant has read the waiver, before signing their names.
